Dispelling accusations Over the weekend, Stone Temple Pilots front man Scott Weiland debuted a new clothing line in Toronto, Canada. Today, he's defending himself from lip syncing rumors. The dreaded art is usually reserved for pop artists with elaborate choreographed dance sequences. The back tracking accusations against the STP front man came after Weiland pulled a Tyler and fell of a stage in Cincinatti last week without missing a note. A few days following, Weiland addressed the rumors while on stage in Pittsburg. Blaming the rumor mill known as the “interwebs,” Weiland said “We are a rock and roll band, [and] rock and roll bands perform live.” Well, I guess we'll put that one to bed.
