Thinking reunions

Fans of Sebastian Bach and Skid Row may be saddened by the news that Bach doesn't foresee a reunion of the 80s hair legends anytime soon. In an interview Bach said he just doesn't know the band anymore. “I think of Skid Row the same way you might think of picking up your high-school yearbook,” Bach said. “You have affection for what happened 30 years ago, but you look at the yearbook and you go, 'Oh, cool,' and you shut it, and it's today” Meanwhile, the prospect of a Black Sabbath reunion would complete Ozzy's life, according to the Dark Prince. In a recent interview Ozzy talked about being sober, performing live and about getting together with some old band mates. “To be honest with you,” Ozzy said “I would love to do a killer Black Sabbath album. It would make my life, my whole thing, round up perfectly for me.”

More video

Tuesday, Steven Tyler was hip-checked off a Toronto stage by his own band mate, Joe Perry and the video is priceless. Now, there is another video of something that happened five days earlier. This incident happened August 12th during a New York performance of “Sweet Emotion.” Tyler was up on the drum platform swaying back-and-forth with his mic stand. Perry was just beside him on the lower part of the stage. Tyler spin-jumps down and continues to swing his stand back-and-forth and then you hear a thud as the microphone knocks Perry on the top of the head. Tyler looks with concern as Perry ducks down in pain and then throws his guitar into his amps and walks off stage. Dude, you're in your 60s and you're acting like a toddler. Suck it up, pansy! On the Tyler/American Idol front, apparently the ink is dry, though it has not been announced by Fox. Aerosmith bassist Tom Hamilton said the band will be working around Tyler's AI schedule when working on the new Aerosmith album.
