March 26, 2010 Music News from the Rock Station, 92-7 WQLZ by Bishop Make your face cave in The side project of Slipknot's Joey Jordison is back in the studio, and we've got the pictures to prove it! Murderdolls are in the process of recording their long awaited sophomore album. The horror-punk metallers will have a new record to put into their catalog after they finish up the guitar and bass tracks. Start getting stoked for “Woman and Children Last.” At the band's Myspace page, they tell fans that the new album is “gonna make your face cave in.” You can check out pictures from the band's Myspace page and read their blog where the band claims to be coming for your daughters! Meanwhile, Jordison will be stepping up to play drums for Rob Zombie this coming spring and summer tour, including the Monster Energy Drink Mayhem Festival. Things looking up After years of turmoil; loosing their original guitarist, dealing with former managers suing them, and having to go face-to-face with the evil Internal Revenue Service, Sevendust got their guitarist back, the chemistry has come full circle and a new album is on the way! “Cold Day Memory,” the bands latest attempt due out April 20th will feature Clint, the original guitarist and will surely be a sound Sevendust have been patiently waiting for.
